Morgan Cyphers, Office Manager

Morgan is the the oldest of Dr. Viki’s two children and has an Associate’s Degree of the Arts from Northwest Arkansas Community College. Morgan’s been around the veterinary practice all his life and says he wouldn’t have it any other way. When he’s not running the office, he’s enjoying time playing outside (usually disc golf) with his 3-legged boxer, Ruby, not too far behind. Along with loving animals and the outdoors, Morgan is an avid movie buff.

Meggy Cyphers, Assistant Manager

Meggy is Morgan’s little sister and is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science at the University of Arkansas. Meggy worked at Dogwatch Doggie Daycare and Boarding for three years before coming to work for her mom, Dr. Cyphers. Like Morgan, she has been in and around the veterinary world all her life and hopes to one day become an animal nutritionist. She has 3 dogs, Bruce (pictured), Dolly the schnauzer, and Rita the standard poodle. You can usually find them lounging in the office. Meggy enjoys mountain biking, playing softball, and hanging out with her dogs.

Christina joined us in 2017 but has been working with animals since 2000. She graduated from Springdale High School and received a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Southern Arkansas University. After college, she worked for the Caldwell Zoo in Tyler, TX. She has worked in a few veterinary clinics, Spay Arkansas, and the Washington County Animal Shelter. Christina prefers the one on one contact and variety of cases that come with working at a traditional vet clinic. In her spare time, she likes being outdoors with her son Theron and husband Redwan and traveling to exotic places with her family.

Summer Cyphers

Summer joined us in 2017 as our full time groomer but has been grooming for over 7 years. Working with animals is second nature to her and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Summer is formally trained in animal grooming as well as human cosmetology. Summer is recently married to our office manager, Morgan, and they live in Fayetteville with their 4 dogs. They enjoy spending time outdoors with their friends and animals, traveling the country, and finding the best eating spots around.
